		This film works as therapy as well for the director as for the spectators. The confrontation between the actresses and the director selecting them in his private apartment, results in chaos on the set. The name of the movie is based on the book by Lucien Israël: "La jouissance de l'hystérique". By " hysteria " should be understood hysterical women as they all turn out to be. The power game between them and the director results in his citing texts of Marx. Does the revolution give us an escape out of the power-confrontation between men and women? This is an intellectual film full of citations of Jacques Lacan, the world-famous psychoanalyst. It is the last part of the trilogy and it is in sharp contrast with the preceding movies of the trilogy full of action, and at the same time it is the very sensitive finishing chapter of the trilogy "The sexual life of the Belgians".
